Message	New tires. Guy complained a nut in the rear wouldn’t tighten. Oddly enough the guy is deaf and can’t speak/communicate well about the issue. Perhaps I have a big problem? How do you temporarily disable HICAS? I also have speedometer issues. It bounces and will read 0
